The Ekart pickup boy rejected my return pickup wrongly. The code on the item tags, the code on the invoices, and the code on packages are one and same on each item.The pics of same are attached herewith.
Please take action against the Ekart pickup boy who wrongly rejected my return pickup.

I bought puma shoes from tata cliq on 26/12/2023 shoes I’d 129866527
I had cancelled the request on 27/12/2023.
Shoes is being picked by ekart on 27/122023, I haven’t recieved payment of my shoes still payment .
